Easter is coming and on the Moncreiff show
on News Talk 106-108FM today (Friday 30th Mar
ch 07 at 3.20pm) we’ll be tasting the perfect wine to drink with
chocolate. Oh and another one to drink with the lamb and something fresh
and white to have with fishy starters. more

Go Booze Cruising To Cherbourg
With Martin on March 23rd 2007
Back by popular demand. I'm leading
another booze cruise to France with Irish Ferries.
On
October 20th I wrote
about buying wine in Cherbourg where the savings can be enormous and
last December led a trip to Cherbourg. A great time was had by all and
many bargains bagged so we doing it agian in time for easter or your
spring wedding or whatever. Book now at Irish
Ferries. On the Friday evening I’ll host a tasting of wines
available and discuss what kind of wines and prices you can expect to see.
Then on Saturday while we are in port I’ll lead an excursion to some of
the wine shops and be on hand to give advice as you ‘fill yer boots’
with bargains. Why not join us? Prices for a couple and a car are just
€257. Expect to make savings of several times that.
